The living room is over 110-meter squares large, bright and with a breathtaking view of its private garden. It has around 30 seats, a fully equipped kitchen along with a bar perfect for a cocktail at the end of the day. You are able to organize meetings, seminars and meals.
A private relaxation areas is at your disposal with a sauna and a jetted bathtub.
In the garden you can enjoy the private hot tub pool, a large wooden terrace of aver 340-meter squares beautifully decorated with plants and flowers, Hammacs, a barbeque and even an electric griddle. Along with its own private parking.
Villa Santa Teresa

Its large bright living room has over 65-square meters and around 20 seats, along with a counter top- perfect for a cocktail at the end of the day.
It has a second more cocooning living room with blackout curtains ideal for a projection on its 4K TV screen.
Outside you will enjoy its private hot tub pool, jacuzzi, a large wooden terrace of over 200 square meters beautifully decorated with plants and flowers, Hammacs, a barbeque, electric griddle and a beach volley ball area.
Allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the nation forest of Pays de Monts. Along with its own private parking.
